2. Information we collect

Website visitors: contact details you submit in forms (name, email, phone, company, message), booking details, and technical data such as IP address, device and pages viewed.

Customers of PandaBee: account and billing details, team member details, and the messaging content and contact data you process through the platform (the "Customer Data").

3. How we use information

To respond to enquiries and provide demos; to provide, secure and improve the platform; to process payments; to provide support; to send service and (where permitted) marketing communications; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Customer Data and our role

For Customer Data (for example, your end-customers' WhatsApp messages), you are the data controller and we process data on your behalf under your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and consent to message your contacts and for complying with WhatsApp/Meta policies.

5. AI processing

PandaBee uses AI models to draft replies and score leads. Message content may be sent to our AI service providers solely to provide those features. We do not sell Customer Data.

6. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate (hosting, payments such as Stripe, analytics, email, AI providers) and with Meta where required to deliver WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram messages. We may disclose information if required by law.

7. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), to understand site usage and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. International transfers
