Why are AI agents included in every plan?
Because AI Lead Filtering is the point of PandaBee. We do not want you counting AI replies or paying a separate add-on to use the core product.
What happens if I need more than 5 users?
Add extra users or channels at $29 per month each, and extra contacts in blocks of 1,000 at $20 per month. You can add or remove them at any time.
How do the 6-month and yearly discounts work?
6-month plans are 10% cheaper per month and billed every six months. Yearly plans are 20% cheaper per month and billed once a year.
Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?
WhatsApp conversation fees come from Meta, based on your WhatsApp Business Platform account. We help you see and reduce them, but they are separate from your PandaBee subscription.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period. 6-month and yearly plans run for their term.
What does the free trial include?

Are the onboarding or verification add-ons required?
